Jenne Nesbitt-Decker, Director
M.S.Ed, Board Certified Behavior Analyst
With over 10 years working with children Jenne enjoys helping
families. She began studying education at Beloit College in
Wisconsin. After graduation she applied for a grant in Special
Education to attend Northern Illinois University. Her Master of
Science in Education revolved around behavior disorders and
learning disabilities. She spent 6 years as a Special Education
teacher before moving over to the field of Behavior Analysis. She has
experience dealing with children through adults with behavior disorders and
various disabilities.

Katie Baine
M.Ed., BCBA
Katie graduated from The University of Georgia in 2004 with a Bachelor's of Science
degree in Psychology. She worked in several home programs as an ABA therapist in Georgia
until moving to Austin, Texas in 2006 to attend graduate school. She graduated from The
University of Texas in 2007 with a Master's degree in Special Education with a concentration
in Autism. After graduating she worked at Central Texas Autism Center under the direction
of Kelle Wood Rich until moving to Tennessee in March 2010.

Curtis Harris
Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis
Curtis Harris obtained both his Bachelors and Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis
from University of North Texas. While living in Texas, Curtis provided Applied Behavior
Analysis (ABA) therapy in a variety of settings, including: an inclusion pre-school, an
afterschool program for 8-12 year-olds with Asperger’s Syndrome, and a residential facility
for adults with mental retardation. In 2006, Curtis became a clinic lead therapist where he
conducted behavior analytic research under the supervision of Dr. Richard G. Smith. After
graduating in 2007, Curtis moved to Tennessee where he continues to work with children and
adults experiencing problematic behaviors.
