Jenne Nesbitt-Decker, Director

M.S.Ed, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

With over 10 years working with children Jenne enjoys helping families. She began studying education at Beloit College in Wisconsin. After graduation she applied for a grant in Special Education to attend Northern Illinois University. Her Master of Science in Education revolved around behavior disorders and learning disabilities. She spent 6 years as a Special Education teacher before moving over to the field of Behavior Analysis. She has experience dealing with children through adults with behavior disorders and various disabilities.

Katherine Foster

Master’s of Education in Special Education

Katherine Foster possesses a Master’s of Education in Special Education from Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has worked with children and adults with a variety of disabilities in school and home settings. She has experience in functional behavior assessment, curriculum development, behavior intervention planning and implementation, and supervising and training others. Her research interests include competency-based parent and staff training.

Jessica Weisenbach

M.Ed., BCBA

Jessica Weisenbach, M.Ed., BCBA graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Special Education and Child Development. In 2006, she earned her M.Ed. in Special Education at Vanderbilt and completed training to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has also been published in Education and Treatment of Children, Journal of Emotional and Behavior Disorders, and Behavior Disorders, among others. Jessica has five years of combined experience teaching special education and providing behavioral services in Rutherford County, Williamson County, and Metro Nashville Public Schools. She greatly enjoys working with children and their families in both school-based and home-based settings.

Curtis Harris

Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis

Curtis Harris obtained both his Bachelors and Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis from University of North Texas. While living in Texas, Curtis provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a variety of settings, including: an inclusion pre-school, an afterschool program for 8-12 year-olds with Asperger’s Syndrome, and a residential facility for adults with mental retardation. In 2006, Curtis became a clinic lead therapist where he conducted behavior analytic research under the supervision of Dr. Richard G. Smith. After graduating in 2007, Curtis moved to Tennessee where he continues to work with children and adults experiencing problematic behaviors.
